Lot 200 Alex Collins, 1994 unusual dagger that the grind twists around, almost like a half screw shape, forerunner to the Besh edge, interesting concept. White composition handles with a black liner. Tooled leather sheath. (wcc79-dscn0343) Minimum bid $60

Alex Collins of Hollywood, CA called his company Kollins Kustom Knives, or KKK, a good indication of his sense of humor as he was an African-American knifemaker. He was a Knifemaker’s Guild member. He was also involved in helping make the hook used in the Peter Pan movie with Dustin Hoffman and Robin Williams.
