Lynn Olsen began making knives before she was out of high school, under the guidance of Barry Dawson. In 1999 she made the club knives for the Arizona Knife Collectors Association. She has studied engraving under Rachel Wells and does her own engraving. She attends the Blade Show and most Southwestern knife shows.

STEK knives are exclusively Damascus, usually from 1095 and 1065 layered steel. They are made by Craig Steketee and his son Adam, and Craig is a true artistwith a BFA from Ft. Wayne Art Institute and a Master of Fie arts from Western Michigan University. He has taught art at the University level and his sculptures, paintings, and prints are in galleries and museums throughout the US. They hail from Billings, Missouri.

Norm Levine was a long time Knifemakers Guild member, and brought to knifemaking his background as an engineer at Redstone Arsenal. He was one of the first makers to use tiny ball bearing on his folders for smooth operation. After he retired he moved to California, where he continued making knives until his death there in an auto accident.
